1. 서비스

앱은 가상의 말랑이 볼을 제작하고 상호작용하며 기록하는 엔터테인먼트 서비스입니다. 앱은 iOS(App Store)와 Android(Google Play)에서 제공되며, 기능과 콘텐츠는 업데이트될 수 있습니다.

2. 계정과 이용

이용자는 자신의 계정과 기기를 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 서비스 방해, 부정 구매, 데이터 조작 또는 타인의 권리 침해 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 미성년자는 보호자의 동의를 받아 이용해야 합니다. 앱은 별도의 자체 계정을 만들지 않으며, 플랫폼 게임 서비스(iOS: Game Center, Android: Google Play 게임즈 서비스)를 통해 자동으로 인증합니다. 로그인 없이도 앱의 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 앱 내 구입과 광고

젬 등 소모성 가상 재화는 현금 가치가 없고 앱 밖에서 양도하거나 환금할 수 없습니다. 광고 제거 상품은 배너와 강제 전면 광고를 제거하지만, 사용자가 스스로 선택하는 보상형 광고 기능은 유지될 수 있습니다.

결제·환불·복원 절차와 그 처리 주체는 앱을 내려받은 스토어를 따릅니다.

구매 권한은 구매에 사용한 스토어 계정에 귀속되며, 서로 다른 플랫폼(iOS ↔ Android) 사이에서는 이전되지 않습니다.

4. 사용자 기록물과 공유

사용자가 만든 녹화물의 저장과 공유는 사용자의 명시적인 조작으로 시작됩니다. 저장 위치는 플랫폼에 따라 iOS 사진 보관함 또는 Android 미디어 저장소이며, 공유 전에 개인정보나 제3자의 권리가 포함되지 않았는지 확인할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

5. 중단 및 책임

보안, 유지보수, 법적 요구 또는 불가항력으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 간접적 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다.

Terms of Use

My Squishies is an entertainment service for making, playing with, and recording virtual squishy balls, available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Users must not disrupt the service, manipulate purchases or data, or infringe others’ rights. Minors should use the app with guardian consent. The app creates no account of its own and authenticates automatically through the platform game service (Game Center on iOS, Google Play Games Services on Android); all features are available without signing in.

Consumable virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money outside the app. The Remove Ads purchase removes banners and forced interstitial ads; user-initiated rewarded features may remain available. Payments, restoration and refunds follow the store the app was downloaded from: Apple’s App Store and StoreKit procedures on iOS, and Google Play’s payment policies and billing procedures on Android, where Google Play’s automatic refund and cancellation rules may apply. Entitlements belong to the store account used for the purchase and do not transfer between iOS and Android.

Saving and sharing recordings starts only when the user chooses it; files are written to the iOS Photos library or Android media storage depending on the platform. Contact goodsahn@gmail.com with questions.
